The role
Do you have significant experience working in a Grounds Maintenance environment? Are you a proven leader with the ability to manage and motivate a team of staff effectively? If yes, then this will be the perfect role for you!
We’re looking to bring on board an Estate Services Manager to lead and manage a team that provides high quality grounds maintenance services. This may also involve overseeing the work of contractors in areas such as tree maintenance. You will also be responsible for conducting estate inspections, ensuring that service delivery meets a high standard and promptly reporting any communal repairs or compliance issues. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with other front-line teams to enhance resident satisfaction.
You’ll be working between multiple schemes across the East Sussex region, with the ability to work in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your line manager.
