If so, Southern Housing has an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Housing Officer to join our team in the Coydon area. Reporting to a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our Schemes.
Your responsibilities will include offering a front line service while ensuring the safety and well-management of our schemes to support residents in living independently within active communities in Magdala House, & Badger Court, Rye, Sussex. To excel in this role, you must possess a full clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle, and be willing to work 5 days a week on schemes, demonstrating an understanding of the diverse needs of older people, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
