The role
We have a great opportunity that has arisen within our dedicated Reactive Repairs team for a Commercial Quantity Surveyor. You will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual management of contracted reactive, voids, complex repair and disrepair works. You will work to ensure cost-value balance and that contractual obligations are met, delivering value for money. Crucially, you’ll strive to continuously improve our approach to commercial management because you are passionate about securing great repairs for the right price. Reporting to the Director of Reactive Repairs, you will play a pivotal role in financial assessments and supporting the operational team with key commercial insights.
You can be based out of one of our main offices: Farringdon, Croydon, Sittingbourne or Maidstone, with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.
