This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory Change. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating, improving, and enhancing the operational processes that underpin our Building Safety operations.

Collaborating closely with our Assets & Sustainability teams, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency through the implementation of regulatory-driven changes and governance improvements. Your work will ensure that our processes are optimised to meet regulatory standards and contribute to the overall success of our Building Safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes to support Building Safety.
  • Implement changes driven by regulatory requirements and governance needs.
  • Collaborate with Assets & Sustainability teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with regulatory standards.

Location and Working Arrangements This role is based in our main office in Farringdon, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid way when appropriate, as agreed with your manager.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience in process improvement, developing policy and procedural documentation.
  • Demonstrable experience in conducting root cause analysis using data and managing change in a regulated industry
  • Experienced in on testing, change and release management.
  • Extensive experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, LucidChart, and application of continual improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Extensive analytical background with strong excel abilities.
  • Attentive to detail when writing briefs, specifications, procedures, workflows, processes and when checking work.
