The role
We’re looking for two Contracts and Partnerships Officer to join our Supported Housing (Partnerships) Team here at Southern Housing!
To provide customer focused services across the Partnerships portfolio, including delivery of intensive housing management to residents in supported housing schemes and homes across the community.
To be the principle point of contact with Managing Agents, manage contracts and relationships to support vulnerable people living in our homes.
To ensure residents across the portfolio receive high quality customer focused services, to achieve sustain communities. You will be required to be visible and work a minimum of 4 days in an office or scheme location, to meet resident and business needs.
Location:
This role can be based out of our Sittingbourne office in Kent.
You will have a designated place of work, either in one of our main office or a hub/scheme office. Travel between sites will be a requirement for this role.
