The role
Southern Housing are looking for a motivated and dedicated candidate to join our Operational Support department as an Operational Support Officer.
Are you passionate about giving fantastic customer service and helping others? Do you thrive on variety, problem solving and finding effective solutions? If you answered yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
In this role you will be reporting to an Operational Support Team Manager, you’ll deliver high quality support services for our Operations and Customer Transactions Directorates.
You will provide administrative support services that are customer centred and efficient. Positively supporting our wider teams collaboratively.
The location
This is a hybrid working role with an expectation of at least 3 days (subject to agreement with your manager after your training has been completed) within out Farringdon office.
This is a permanent full time position that can be based out of either Sittingbourne or Farringdon.
